Plus Terms of Service

Subscription Agreement

This subscription agreement is between you and WallpaperScapes. Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to premium features and content during your active subscription period.

Plans & Pricing

Current subscription options:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly with flexibility to cancel anytime
• Annual Plan: Billed annually at a discounted rate (save up to 40%)

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers.

Billing & Payment

Payment and billing terms:

• Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing period
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment methods
• Your payment method will be charged automatically on renewal dates
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of Plus features
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners

Billing dates are based on the day you originally subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of each billing cycle.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Cancellation terms:

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You maintain Plus access until your paid period ends
• All payments are non-refundable
• You can re-subscribe at any time to restore Plus access

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

As a Plus subscriber, you receive the following benefits:

• Unlimited access to the complete Plus wallpaper library
• Photo Editor to customize wallpapers
• No watermarks on any content
• Ad-free browsing experience
• Extended commercial use rights
• Early access to new releases
• Exclusive Plus-only collections
• Priority customer support

Account Restrictions

To maintain fair usage and protect our service:

• No Account Sharing: Your subscription is for your personal use only
• Single User: Subscription may not be shared with family members or colleagues
• No Reselling: Downloaded content may not be resold or redistributed as stock imagery
• Fair Use: Automated bulk downloading is prohibited
• One Account: Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials is prohibited

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your subscription.

Service Modifications

We may modify Plus services over time:

• Features may be added, modified, or removed with reasonable notice
• Content libraries may change as new content is added or removed
• We aim to provide advance notice of significant changes
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Material changes give you the right to cancel before they take effect

Subscription Termination

Circumstances under which your subscription may be terminated:

• Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through account settings
• Payment Failure: Subscription may be suspended after multiple failed payment attempts
• Terms Violation: Immediate termination for violating these terms or our standard Terms of Service
• Account Abuse: Misuse of Plus features or content may result in termination

Upon termination:

• Access to Plus features ends immediately (for violations) or at the end of your billing period (for cancellations)
• Previously downloaded content may continue to be used under standard license terms
• Your account data is retained per our Privacy Policy
